This past month Nate has been busy preparing for a new season of Pastor's Conferences in our international locations.  As part of Nate's role at Praying Pelican Missions (PPM) he is responsible to create resources for these events, guide others to lead them, or go himself to lead them.

Each conference consists of a mix of worship, preaching, testimonies, and guidance on hosting mission teams.  We have seen tremendous fruit from these conferences throughout our summer mission trips.  Our host pastors are encouraged and more confident in their role while on the trip!

In November, Nate will be traveling out of the country two different times.  The first time he will go put on three events.  The first event will be a Pastor's Retreat in Nicaragua for pastors and their spouses.  Our partners there have had a very rough time over the past two years, so we will go and encourage them with God's word, give them a time to get-away and relax, and represent PPM in country.

From Nicaragua Nate will meet up with Laura and the rest of the Costa Rica team in Costa Rica to put on the Pastor's Conference.  We are excited to be back in Costa Rica together to help lead the Pastor's Conference and hold a staff training event as well.  

The final stop will be in Guatemala for our second annual Pastor's Conference there.  Guatemala has been experiencing some great growth among teams interested in coming to partner there!  Nate is looking forward to meeting our new partners and hold a staff training event as well.

The best part is working hand-in-hand with our local full-time staff in each of these countries.  They are all hard-working and love serving their communities, countries and the partners there!

Later in November Nate will be going to assist in putting on the second PPM Pastor's Conference in Puerto Rico!
