The Power of Giving: Chaplaincy Program
Notes of Gratitude
“…It’s a much needed service you provide to those of us in need. Thank you always for your time and words that mean so very much.”

“Thank you for visiting me in the hospital—I don’t have enough words of appreciation for your words of encouragement.”

“In appreciation of Rabbi Siegel’s kind service. He visited with my friend in the nursing home yesterday. Thank you.”

“My sisters, dad, and I would like to thank you for all of your support during this difficult time. It meant the world to my mom that you were there for her—the service was beautiful! Thank you for all that you do and have done.”
In 2018, our Community Rabbi made close to 1,000 hospital, hospice, or other kinds of visits.
The community Chaplaincy program is a pastoral outreach service that provides end of life services, burial or memorial services, and other visits, such as hospice, hospital or home visits, to the unaffiliated Jewish community. This program operates in partnership with the Greater Orlando Board of Rabbis and the Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando.

Rabbi E. Arnold Siegel offers a listening presence and helps to bring about renewed hope and healing to individuals and their families who have hit a crisis in their lives, such as hospitalization or serious illness.
