We switched phone systems a while back and tried to initiate some upgrades. Oh, there's the word. Upgrades. When things are working fine, leave them alone! But technology is moving so fast, and the COVID-19 pandemic has put so much stress on the way we work, perhaps these three-week intervals are there to make us stop and recalculate the present, so we can go forward with the future. Who knows? It's very painful, or so it seems.
