City of Easton Trick or Treat is next Saturday 10/31

City of Easton Trick or Treat is still on as scheduled. Please wear a face mask under your Halloween mask and practice social distancing as you and your children walk from house to house.
General Election - Tuesday, November 3

See the deadlines in the graphic above for voting in the election. According to Northampton County:

Mail-in ballots may be dropped off in-person at the Elections Office at 669 Washington Street, Easton until 8:00PM on Nov. 3rd or at one of the county’s four official ballot drop-off boxes. The boxes will close at different times on Election Day.

• Bethlehem City Hall Rotunda– 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem - City Hall is closed on Election Day but the ballot drop-off box will be available in the Rotunda from 7 AM - 8 PM
• Northampton County 911 Center – 100 Gracedale Ave., Nazareth – open from 8:30AM - 4:30PM
• Human Services Building – 2801 Emrick Blvd., Bethlehem– open from 8:30AM - 7:00 PM
• Rotunda of the Government Center – 669 Washington Street, Easton – open from 8:30AM - 8PM
Where on the city's web site do I find it?!

We want to help you find the city info that you need on our web site. So each month we are highlighting a different item that you might be looking for. This month it is the City staff directory. On the homepage of the Government web site, scroll down to the center of the page with the four tabs (next to the mayor's picture) and click on the City Directory tab. Click on a name to send that city employee a message.
Enjoy a Bacon Experience Nov. 7 & 8

PA Bacon Fest has announced that its festival will happen in a different way this year due to the state's COVID-19 restrictions. It will also happen in a different Easton location - Hugh Moore Park.

This event is a fundraiser for the nonprofit Greater Easton Development Partnership which organizes it each year.
Get reading with the Easton Book Festival

The Second Annual Easton Book Festival is being held in a virtual format with a month-long, free series of events taking place from now until November 15.

Offerings include author presentations and readings for all ages, social-themed panel discussions, poetry readings, and writing and publishing workshops lead by members of the Greater Lehigh Valley Writing Group.

Take a walk, go for a run, or ride the trail to see its newest art installation.

You can also sign up for the Virtual Artful Dash 5k through November 1, or participate in a Community Figure Drawing class on Sunday 10/25.
Easton Farmers' Market in Scott Park continues until 11/21

The Easton Farmers' Market's current season will continue on Larry Holmes Drive at Scott Park on Saturday mornings until November 21. Hours are 9 am - 1 pm.

It will hold the EFM Holiday Market in Centre Square on three consecutive Saturdays - December 5, 12 & 19 from 10 am - 1 pm.
