CERTS Act Update
While we are all weary of the on again, off again nature of DC stimulus talks, please keep your energy and hopes up for our industry to receive some much needed relief.  We have both a majority in the House and in the Senate on the CERTS Act.  Locally, 100% (18 out of 18) of the PA congressional delegates and 50% of PA senators have already co-sponsored.  On the Senate side,  Sen. Bob Casey has co-sponsored the bill.  Sen. Pat Toomey has not co-sponsored yet.  We have had several meetings with Sen. Toomey.  Many of you have had calls and sent emails as well.  Our most recent CERTS action request was sent via a Member Alert.  We need to now focus on the Leaders, McConnell, McCarthy, Mnuchin and Pelosi.  Chuck Schumer recently cosponsored!  Thank you!
