A Journey of Growth and Compassion: Conrad Robinson

“It's about being vulnerable, transparent, but also having compassion and understanding where people are coming from and supporting them through their journey,” Robinson describes his role at DCF as an Area Resource Coordinator where he works alongside supervisors, social workers, and managers to correctly identify the best placement for children at DCF.

Child Wellbeing Needs Assessment
We are seeking families with children ages 0-11 to complete the survey.

COVID-19 Grants For MA small businesses
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has made $50.8 million in grants available to support small businesses, microenterprises, and their employees, families and communities. Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation (MGCC) will be administering these funds to businesses experiencing economic hardship and a loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  See more information and grant details here and note it's a quick turn around.

The Multicultural Mental Health Directory offers linguistically and culturally appropriate mental health and related services for communities of color, LGBTQ community, immigrants, and refugees.

The Community Advocacy Program provides support to survivors of intimate partner violence remotely; carefully and safely providing crisis intervention, safety planning guidance, emotional support, referrals to community resources and advocacy via hotline. Youth Engagement - Recovery Services CopeCode Challenge encourages youth to incorporate healthy and productive coping skills into their daily routine while alone at home or virtually with friends.

Lawyers for Civil Rights connects affected workers with volunteers who can help complete the unemployment application in English and Spanish resources available here and free legal support to small businesses affected by the pandemic located here.
