Welcome to MNPHA's Newest Team Member: Transformation Team Lead, Cheryl Krostewitz

Cheryl brings with her an extensive background with non-profits, having worked in the non-profit community, in particular in non-profit housing. Picture of the Month
October Picture of the Month:
Ten Ten Sinclair Housing

Ten Ten Sinclair Housing's common room  has a disco ball in it - while annual general meetings, staff meetings, and other professional events are frequently there, the disco ball reminds us that the 'social' side of social housing is critical and long-standing! Does your organization have a symbol for visitors that everyone notices and remembers? Share it for the next Picture of the Month.
Picture of the Month Feature!  MNPHA's team has seen all the interesting, fun, and innovative things you do to improve the lives of tenants, your staff teams, and the communities around you.

"Pictures of the Month" - is a way to share this regularly so members can learn from each other. No idea is too simple or too complex. If you are doing something you think should be shared with your colleagues in the non-profit housing sector, send a photo and brief description to us by October 30 to be included in the November newsletter.
