Dear Valued Members:

I hope this email finds you all enjoying this beautiful "summer-ish" October day.

Fall is officially here and we are happy to see more of your smiling faces at The PEAK!

To those who have not yet returned, we hope you will call and schedule a tour. We'd love to show you the safety measures and precautions we are taking and trust you will feel comfortable returning in the near future! Should you have questions regarding your membership please contact us.

The PEAK is committed to keeping our members safe and adhering to both State and Missoula City County Health Department (MCCHD) guidelines regarding wearing a mask. It's doubtful anyone enjoys wearing a mask; however, it is what we must do to stay open! Thank you for your willing compliance and being gracious to our staff should you need a reminder to mask up.

A special welcome back to all PICKLEBALL players - you've been missed! We are excited to offer you a more robust playing schedule. Go to for details on Modified Open Play, Level Play, pickleball rating guide and how to reserve a court. Reservations are required. PLEASE be respectful of others wanting to play and cancel your reservation if you are unable to keep your spot as they are limited! We are thrilled to have both Jim Stephens, Court Sport Director and Bob Gearheart, Volunteer Pickleball Coordinator handling everything from beginner lessons to court schedules and much more! Feel free to reach out to Jim if you are a beginner and interested in learning the sport; contact Bob if you are currently playing and want to improve your game or have other questions.

How to Avoid Chaos
as You Navigate Change
Do you know people who seem to live in constant Turbulence and Chaos?
It’s often because they’re trying to hold on to an old way of thinking or living which no longer works. Turbulence in life doesn’t mean disaster; it's simply a signal that something needs to change.
How you deal with change is often a determining factor in how successful you’ll be in life. Attached is a diagram of the Universal Cycles of Change and in the video I go over each phase and how to apply it to every area of your life: relationships, finances, career, health, family, friends, spirituality, personal growth, etc..
I offer FREE 30-minute consultations to explore how I may be able to help you. Please text or email to set up a free consult or a session. Consults or sessions can be by phone, Zoom or in-person (socially-distanced).
Take care.  Be safe.  Stay well.
