Cancer Wellness October Fundraiser!
Walk a Mile a Day for Cancer Awareness. The whole month of October we challenge you to walk a mile a day! Fee: $25.00 which is tax deductible and it includes a water bottle. Injury Prevention Training For Sports

This 7 week group personal training is dedicated to your athletic performance. Through dynamic stretching, functional movement pattern work, hamstring engagement exercises and core specific activities you are laying down a foundation for more success and less injury in your sport.
