Monthly Chapter Meeting
Wednesday, October 20th - 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Virtual)
Crucial conversations are discussions with (i) high stakes, (ii) different opinions, and (iii) strong emotions. These stressful conversations can rapidly go awry. We avoid having these conversations because we’re afraid we’ll make matters worse. At this chapter meeting, we’ll discuss dialogue principles and practical skills that will enable you to talk to anyone about virtually any topic, no matter how sensitive. Read more and Register.

Recap of September Education Workshop
|
|
The Planbox Team conducted an interesting workshop on September 14, 2021, for PMINYC on “innovation”. The nature of work has changed and a new structure must be adapted to help propel the Agile PMO across the enterprise! Factoring in innovation and strategic alignment as part of every project is the formula for achieving success because the PMO is uniquely positioned to operationalize and serve as a center of innovation excellence for the entire organization. But where is your PMO on its innovation journey? Complete this 5 minutes Innovation Capability Maturity Test to determine your organization's current innovation competency level. You will instantly receive a spider chart report on how you rank and recommendations on the areas to improve and move up to the next level.
