Reminder to all families

If your child is quarantined due to COVID exposure or a positive COVID test, please inform Mrs. Mascaro ([email protected]) as soon as possible. This will allow us to inform close contacts in a timely fashion. We are aware that there can be long waits for test results. Below is a link to a location in McKeesport that provides results in one to two days (https://curative.com/sites/10851/).

School Picture Day

Monday, October 25th is School Picture Day. Students may dress up for their photo. Please review the guidelines for Dress Up Attire in the Parent-Student Handbook, p 24.

Clothing should be neat and modest. No jeans, tight fitting leggings, or tennis shoes are permitted.

Interstate Studio, our school photographer, will email you prior to picture day with their online order form. Hard copies of the form are available upon request.

School Picture Day is a safe experience. All staff will be masked. Students are permitted to remove and hold their mask for the photo session. Communicate to your child If you want them to keep their mask on.

Shortly after picture day, parents will receive an email link to view their students’ picture and order online. It takes three to four weeks to process the orders and ship them to the school for distribution. A separate order form to purchase a yearbook will be emailed to you at a later date.

Parent Lunch Form

If you have not yet turned in a Parent Lunch Form for your family, there is still time. Please note that all of the contact person positions have been filled. We have already assigned dates for October. If you would like to request specific dates to volunteer, please consider days in November through June.

School Tours

Recycling for Funds

Printer cartridge and cell phone recycling earns money for Sacred Heart School. Deposit your used printer cartridges and cell phones in the box at the school entrance. Join us to help the environment as we earn cash for trash.

Thank You Volunteers!

During the summer months and into the fall, we enjoyed the generosity of so many parents, students and alumni who assisted in preparing our school for the new year. These volunteers were generous with their time and talent, giving up personal time to lend their hands to some challenging tasks. They spent evenings moving furniture, desks and boxes, securing supplies from Diocesan schools that closed, repairing equipment, organizing space and the list goes on. These tasks were critical in setting up classroom and maintaining a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for children, their teachers and staff. Thank you to all of these helpers.
