Healthy Beverage Initiative

The Healthy Beverage Initiative (HBI), part of Healthy Campus Network, aims to provide and promote drinking tap water and reduce consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages on the UC Berkeley campus. University Health Services is promoting a #WaterMadeThis 6-week campaign on Instagram - Check out @bewellcal for more information, including how to win prizes! Breastfeeding Support
Breastfeeding Your Baby/Returning to Work or School
Thu, Oct. 7, 1-4:15pm | Online
Speaker: Tina Benitez, IBCLC 

This free 3-hour class is offered once a semester and is taught by a certified lactation consultant. The first two hours cover breastfeeding basics and problem solving. The last hour focuses on planning for return-to work or school and breast pumps. Those who have already attended a breastfeeding class are welcome to join the last portion.

  • Giannini Hall is now open! For access to this room, refer to the program registration.

  • We are launching a calendar scheduling system for all rooms! Details to follow in an email to current program participants.

Creativity and Your Well-Being Series: Homemade Gifts I

Core Essentials for Better Posture

Learn ways to improve your posture through awareness of movement patterns and exercises to balance muscles. Safe ways to sit, walk and stand will be addressed. 
Become a BerkeleyWalks! Walking Leader

Experience the benefits of social wellbeing, stress relief and renewed energy by becoming a BerkeleyWalks! Walking Leader. This redesigned BerkeleyWalks! Walking program will safely resume in Spring 2022 and we are recruiting walking leaders to help lead a 30 minute walk once or twice a month.
