Week 1: Knife skills & Basic Sauté
Week 2: Intermediate level of Sauté skills
Week 3: The art of egg cooking & Intro to Mediterranean food
Week 4: Working with temperatures & Intro to Spanish Tapas
Fall Term Class Schedule: Fridays from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.

Cost: $355 per person
Price includes tuition, class materials and food.
Minimum 3 students / maximum 7.
