October 6, 2022

Welcome to October! The days are getting shorter, and the air is a bit crisper. Soon fall foliage will be at its peak here in Western Washington. As we begin to hunker down for the colder weather ahead, we will start to look forward to what we have in store for the next few months.

Our staff have been hard at work preparing for our fall programs and events. The most notable being our "Mind Your Health" community wellness event on November 5th from 10am - 2pm. We've invited a variety of presenters and local organizations who will share about the important connection between good physical and mental health.

Please also take a few minutes to explore the upcoming programs and workshops that we have listed below. We look forward to seeing you here in the next month!
