It is also less than two months until our 45th Anniversary Awards Gala on December 1st. PILI’s Illinois Forum on Pro Bono brings together a cross-section of pro bono stakeholders from corporations, law firms, law schools and public interest law agencies to discuss ideas and strategies to expand and enhance pro bono in Illinois.   • Volunteers Needed: Wills & POA Clinic in Edwardsville on November 10th. Volunteer attorneys are needed from 8:30 a.m. until noon to participate in a clinic to provide veterans, active duty military, and their spouses with free wills and POAs. A CLE training is being offered on November 1st. Read more »

  • Intern & Fellow Application System Now Open. Interested law students can now apply for Spring Semester 2023 PILI Internships and Summer 2023 Graduate Fellowship positions. Read more »

  • Summer 2023 Intern Application System Opens in November. On November 1st, 2Ls will be able to apply and on November 15th, 1Ls will be able to apply for summer 2023 Law Student Internships. Read more »


  • PILI is Hiring an Attorney & Program Associate! the Attorney & Program. The Associate will coordinate the following PILI Programs: Law Student Internship, Graduate Fellowship, and Alumni Network. The Attorney & Program Associate will serve as a member of PILI’s Programs Team and will also provide support to PILI’s statewide efforts to expand and enhance pro bono. Read more »
