The Evites have been sent and volunteers are lined up to stir the pot, hand out drinks, and welcome current and new members come 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 18. If you are a member there is no cost. If you need to renew or become a member, please sign up via nunucollective.org, or by stopping in at NUNU collective prior to the banquet. If you still have not had a chance to do so, there will be volunteers helping to check members in at the door.
Along with a delicious Seafood Gumbo, or alternative Louisiana Wild Rice Pilaf with Vegetables, members attending the Oct. 18 banquet will be invited to tour new Makerspace studios, will be introduced to new leadership and will be presented an update on (re)NU renovations and future programming, events and goals.
If you are a member, or plan to become one, and have not received an Evite, please reach out to Jacqui Cochran at information@nunucollective.org. Attendance is limited by facility capacity, so please RSVP to Evite. Members wishing to assist with setup, cleanup and servicing should contact banquet chairperson Miles Kondylas at 907-371-3224 (text is best).
Event sponsors include: Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board, Russell's Food Center and Bayou Teche Brewery.
