Mindfulness Leader Series
Our Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence program: During the regular 11/2 Mindfulness session (no special invite needed beyond our regular series), we will have another episode of our Mindful Leader series; this time, our guest will be the amazing Maliha Shah whom many of you have met during the weekly Mindfulness sessions that she has hosted.

11/4 Bubble Wand Station
On Saturday, November 4th, Ability will be running the Bubble Wand Stations at the Dallas Autism Speaks Walk. You have several options though, you can help us at the booth, you can Join our team and walk it, or a virtual/sleeper division if you would rather help us from afar or sleep in on a Saturday morning, we get that too, you may donate to the cause instead.

Our Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence program hosts a Kindness Challenge, beginning on 11/6.

Parkinson's Support Group
Tuesday, November 7th, from 1:00 PM -2:00 PM, we’ll be holding our initial Parkinson’s Support Group meeting.

Please come and join us if you have supported a loved one through this disease, are currently a caregiver, are currently diagnosed, or would like to explore the topic further.
