Many older adults worry about their memory and other thinking abilities. For example, they might be concerned about taking longer than before to learn new things, or they may sometimes forget to pay a bill. These changes are usually signs of mild forgetfulness — often a normal part of aging — not serious memory problems.

The OZ program provides up to 4 hours per day of meaningful activities and interactive engagement every weekday, Monday-Friday.  

The program includes daily exercise, interactive conversation,

and activities to promote cognitive stimulation.

#1 If you are a member of the OPICA Day Program and attend one day a week or more in person, you can now add the OZ Virtual program for the balance of your week. Join the three-month trial for FREE. After the trial period, continue OZ for only $59 per month.

 

#2 Be part of our Virtual Community. Join the OZ program for FREE for the first three months. After the trial period, continue for only $149 per month.
