HAPPY NATIONAL ADVISING DAY!

Celebrate Advising TODAY!

National Advising Day will take place on Lee Campus on Tuesday, Oct.1, Chatham Campus on Wednesday, Oct. 2 and Harnett Campus on Thursday, Oct. 3. Tables will be set up on each campus, at which students can win prizes, get candy and learn about advising. Students can send kudos to their advisor here. If you are a faculty advisor, a sweet treat will either be delivered to your office or put in your box!

GRADUATION APPLICATIONS

You may have recently received an e-mail about advisees eligible for graduation. If you haven't done so already, please verify that these students are eligible to graduate. If you didn't get an e-mail, please go to your Advising Hub and check to see how many hours your advisees have taken. The easiest way to do this is to sort by sort by "Total Credits Earned." This allows you to bring up the students with the most credits to the top of your screen. Next, you can check their progress in Self Service to see if they will be ready to graduate at the end of the semester. The deadline for students to turn in graduation applications is Oct.18.
