All notices must be done in person at the Leasing Office
As we approach the busy PCS summer months we wanted to remind all residents of our notice to vacate policy.
- We require a minimum of 30 days written notice to vacate in our office by the military member or someone with a power of attorney.
- If you are on a month-to-month lease we do not require orders for you to be able to submit your notice. We recommend submitting notice when you receive your assignment notification to ensure you are not paying for additional days you are not in the home.
- If you are with-in your one year lease term orders are required for you to be able to submit your notice to vacate.
We understand that transportation may not have your move date scheduled by the time you need to submit your notice to vacate with us. This is ok, you may submit notice for the date you anticipate moving and change it with no penalty as long as you are not within 1 week (7days) from your final out.
