Hi all,

As I send out this newsletter, it is a beautiful October Saturday afternoon. I hope you are able to get outside and enjoy it! Pumpkin patches, apple picking, hayrides, and of course Halloween are all part of this fun season. And remember that our bodies are made to move - that is the purpose of our joints - so go out for a walk, run or bike ride in this great weather and make those joints happy.

Speaking of happy joints, come see me if you are having an ache or pain, or simply to be tuned up and adjusted to keep your health optimal. A treatment might very well help your golf, tennis, or pickleball game! I am here to help you feel and perform at your best.

Take care and enjoy this beautiful time of year.

Healthfully yours,

Dr Dave
