October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Breast Cancer is unfortunately a common form of cancer in women, affecting 200,000 women each year. While it's most common in women affecting 1 in 8, even men can develop breast cancer affecting 1 in 1000. As with all cancers, early detection will save lives, make sure to get regular checkups and visit a specialist as soon as you notice an unfamiliar lump.
