Quarterly Chapter Leadership Meeting

Daniel Haubert, President of the South Central Pennsylvania Chapter and Chair of the Chapter Health Committee. has been hosting a meeting for leaders from all regions for one hour every three months through Zoom to exchange ideas that can help chapters prosper. The next meeting is Monday, October 21 at 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time. The agenda includes:

  • 8:30 - 8:35 – Introduction and concept for group:
  • 8:35 - 9:05 – Technical on how to present chapter meetings through Zoom By Will Roper
  • 9:05 - 9:10 – Demonstration on “Online Training Events” community on the my.ptg.org website
  • 9:10 - 9:20 – Questions
  • 9:20 - 9:?? – Open discussion for participants to chat about struggles and successes with our chapters

Scheduling an RPT Written Exam

The written exam is taken online. The RPT sponsor should contact the Written Exam Committee at writtenexam@ptg.org to set up a written exam. Only the English version is available at this time. The fee for the written exam is $25. Examinees should purchase a written exam voucher in the PTG Store. Select RPT Exam Voucher from the Categories list, then select Written Exam Fee. You'll receive your voucher purchase confirmation via email. Your order # will be proof of purchase. Your exam purchase information is automatically forwarded to the Written Exam Committee, so you don't need to submit that information when you request your exam.

Committee Communications

Every PTG committee and task group has a discussion group on my.ptg.org that includes discussion, library and directory features. Membership in committee groups is controlled by our database or within the group settings so that only authorized members can see content and post messages. Any committee groups you belong to should be listed in your personal list under My Communities. Please check them out. Using the committee groups is a good way to communicate to your whole group. The library is also a good place to post and share documents or other items with committee members. Contact your committee chair, RVP liaison or Kathy Maxwell at kathy@ptg.org if you have any questions.

Promote Your Chapter, State or Regional Training Event

Did you know PTG will help you promote your local event? We'll send out up to two blast emails to members and post it on our Events Calendar. All you need to do to get started is to fill out a Seminar Request Form and send it to Kathy Maxwell at kathy@ptg.org. We'll get your event approved, post it on the calendar at www.ptg.org and help you promote your event through email to other PTG members.

2025 Dues Renewal

Invoices for 2025 PTG member dues will be delivered to your email inbox and available for online payment on November 1. Make sure your e-mail address is correct by logging into www.ptg.org and clicking on PTG Members > My Portal on the portal page, click on the person image in the upper right corner and select My Profile. Learn how to update your login information at my.ptg.org/help/userfaq. If people don’t see their invoices in their email inboxes, they should check their Spam/Junk folders or contact the Home Office. Dues for 2025 are $360 (plus chapter dues, if applicable).



Paying online is quick and easy. When an invoice is ready to be paid, a small red number “1” will appear on the bell image in the upper right corner. Click on the bell and a link to your invoice will appear. Note: Chapter dues must be paid in full but if you’d like to set up monthly installment payments for the PTG portion please contact the Home Office at 913-432-9975 before December 31. Monthly installments that were set up for 2024 will automatically continue in 2025 as long as a valid credit card has been saved to your account. If you need to change your payment method, please contact us prior to November 1. Paper invoices will only be mailed to those who do not have an e-mail address on file.

  • December 31, 2024 | Last day for 2025 dues payments.
  • February 1, 2025 | Nominations for PTG Board of Directors due. Positions include President, Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer and Regional Vice Presidents. Visit the Nominating Committee page at www.ptg.org to learn more. Submit nominations to nominating@ptg.org.
