Hello fellow Alamo Ranch Neighbors, 

This month has a lot going on in ARCA! The Beer, Wine, and Trivia night is Oct 4th, the Community Yardsale is Oct 12th, the Trunk or Treat is Oct 19th, and the Annual Meeting is Oct 23rd. See the fliers below.

Our Annual meeting will be at Hoffmann Elementary again this year. We will have Bubbas 33 catering and prizes but also updates on the updated Design Guidelines, and the Capital Improvement plan and the board will be voting to approve the 2025 Budget. We need at least 62 residents to be there for a quorum so please mark it in your calendar.

The landscapers are still adding to the front monuments, their bobcat was in the repair shop so there has been a delay in finishing. I have been in contact with the POA manager about the landscaping. We're heading into the holiday season so please be vigilant with locking your cars at night and leaving porch lights on. If you see suspicious behavior or your camera catches someone trying to break into your car please call the Bexar County Sheriff's Office at 210-335-6000.

Our community standards are enforced by Maryah Parker. Community compliance officers will never knock on the door of any resident property for any HOA compliance enforcement. All communication will either be performed in the office, over email, or telephonically.

Reminder:

Q4 2024 Assessments are due no later than October 31st of 2024.

Payments can be made by written check submitted to the office, online by logging on to ccmcnet.com, or by bill pay associated with your personal bank.
