Occasionally, a performance is rescheduled to a new date, time or both.


It's quite simple and quick to make the change in Wintix. The changes made to dates and performances times will be automatically displayed on your online portal in Webtix. You can learn how here.

Need to send a list of bar codes to a promoter?


All you need to do is run a Scantix bar code report to a DBF file and email it!

Center Stage Software has upgraded the Scantix app for iOS


There has been a major change in how iPhones scan. Apple has found some vulnerabilities in the camera, so our clients using iphones with Scantix are experiencing their iphones are being locked out of scanning tickets. 


We have rebuilt the Scantix app for iOS to be compatible with the changes that Apple has implemented.

Though our clients using Android phones or Zebra scanners have not experienced any issues, we are in the process of upgrading Scantix for those users, as well. We will notify our Android users when the upgrade is ready.

Here is some general information about Scantix.

Did you recently get an email from Authorize.net

regarding security and certificates?


If you use Authorize.net as a payment gateway, you may have received one or two emails from them between September 26 and October 9.


They contained some mysterious sounding things such as SSL, TSL, and AFDS.


These emails don't concern Wintix, but as a courtesy to our clients, we've put these emails on our Help Desk, as well as information as to what, if anything, you need to do.
