Britney Melchiori as new CEO

Sebastian, Fl – (September 24, 2025) – The Sebastian River Area Chamber of Commerce announced today that Britney Melchiori will serve as the new Chief Executive Officer for the organization. Britney returns to our Chamber, having stepped away after over 10 years of service to the community and our business members. During her tenure, Britney filled many positions, having an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day operations.

During a challenging time in 2020, without a President/CEO at the helm, a country shut down due to COVID-19, and no staff to speak of, Britney stepped in as Operations Director, continuing to bring our businesses much needed information and resources virtually. Once the chamber and the world was more secure, Britney left to pursue her love of creative design, opening, “The Marketing Branch,” and assisting our local businesses in their business growth using a different focus. Britney became a chamber member, an ambassador, and a volunteer, giving her the opportunity to experience the chamber in a whole new dimension. That awareness only made our choice easier.

Britney is excited to re-enter the chamber world as our CEO, bringing a fresh perspective and new insight, building on the foundation we have in place. She will collaborate with our team to raise our operations to a new level, adding innovative ideas and novel concepts for our business members and community. She is committed to our mission statement and to our organization and will work hard to uphold our values. The Board of Directors welcomes Britney as CEO of The Sebastian River Area Chamber of Commerce.
