October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! This month, we honor fighters, survivors, and those we’ve lost to breast cancer. Take action by scheduling your screening, encouraging a friend to do the same, or dedicating a workout in honor of someone close to your heart.

National Physical Therapy Month
Movement is medicine!
This month we honor physical therapy and its role in recovery, mobility, and lifelong wellness. PT helps people of all ages move better, reduce pain, and prevent injury, a reminder that smart, intentional movement is medicine for the body.
Celebrate the power of physical therapy by paying attention to your posture, practicing mobility work, or asking a coach for modifications that keep your body safe and strong. Small adjustments today can prevent injuries tomorrow.

Join us for Go PINK Day in support of Breast Cancer Awareness! Wear your favorite pink gear during class and show your support for research, education, and hope.
Don’t forget to sport your pink at Group X Weekend Warrior (8:30 AM) and Stretch (9:45 AM) on Saturday. Let’s lift each other up, one rep, one step, one breath at a time!

"Harriet Tucker"
This month, we’re celebrating the incredible Harriet Tucker! Harriet embodies resilience and determination, never letting obstacles stand in the way of her health and wellness journey. She consistently shows up with positivity, dedication, and her one-of-a-kind southern drawl, working one-on-one with her physical therapist while also joining Group X classes 2–3 times each week.
Her energy and encouragement brighten every room, making her an absolute joy to be around and a true inspiration to others.
Most recently, Harriet hit an exciting milestone, holding her longest plank yet at 2 full minutes! This achievement reflects not only her physical strength but also her perseverance and commitment to continual growth.
We are so proud of you, Harriet! Thank you for inspiring all of us to keep pushing toward our goals!
