What a weekend!
On Sunday, October 5th, Evergreen Network celebrated the incredible launch of four new churches—all on the same day! Odyssey Church in Tukwila, WA; The Cove in Lakewood, WA; Society Church in Portland, OR; and High Desert Christian Church in Jerome, ID.
Each of these churches began as a simple dream—a dream to connect the unconnected to Jesus through the birth of a new local church. Four courageous planting couples and their families chose to step out of the boat of comfort and security, trusting that Jesus would work through their faith and obedience. And He did!
Collectively, these four churches welcomed over 1,000 people on their very first Sunday and celebrated 34 decisions for baptism! Imagine the communities, families, and lives that will be transformed in the months and years ahead because of these new churches taking root.
You are part of that story!
Whether your own church was once planted through CEA/Evergreen or you’ve chosen to pray, give, and champion our mission, you have played a vital role in making these launches possible. Your generosity—along with many others—helped fuel these dreams into reality.
Thank you for your continued partnership, prayers, and belief in Evergreen’s vision to establish 50 healthy, multiplying churches in the next 10 years. What we witnessed October 5th is only the beginning—and it’s happening because of your faithfulness.
