All those new faces mean new opportunities for introductions, education and sharing, which is why PTG exists. Dues Renewal
Invoices for 2026 PTG member dues will be delivered to your email and available for online payment on November 3. If you have any questions regarding your dues invoice, please contact the Home Office before paying your dues by calling 913-432-9975. If you are having trouble getting logged in, please check the information at my.ptg.org/help/userfaq or contact the Home Office.
Options for Paying the Full Amount Due:
- Pay online with a credit card or ACH (see below)
- Call the PTG Home Office at 913-432-9975.
- Send a check to PTG at 4444 Forest Ave, Kansas City KS 66106. Include the invoice number on your check.
Monthly Payment Plan
- If you are currently enrolled in the monthly payment program, it will automatically continue. Please make sure your payment information is current.
- If you wish to set up a new monthly payment plan, please contact the office at 913-432-9975. There is an administration charge of $5 per month.
- Please note that chapter dues are not eligible for monthly payments and must be paid in full.
New Payment Option: Pay by Electronic Check (eCheck)
We’re pleased to introduce a new, convenient way for members to pay dues, shop at the store, make donations, or register for events: Electronic Check (eCheck) payments are now available! This secure option allows you to make payments directly from your checking account — no need to mail a physical check or have a card available. To save this option on your account, go to www.ptg.org, click PTG Members > My Portal, and log in. On the portal page, click on the person icon in the upper right corner and select My Profile > My Account > Saved Payment Options > Add bank account. Another way to use eCheck is at checkout, simply choose New Payment Method > Add bank account.

How Do I…
Reset My Log-in Password
Go to www.ptg.org. Click on Sign-in. At the bottom of the page you’ll see an option for Forgot Password. (Do not click on Forgot username or Create New Account.) On the next screen, enter your email address and then click on Reset my password. You will receive an e-mail message to reset your password.
Search For a Historical Journal Article?
Visit the online PTJ article search. You may search for an article by using key words that seem likely as well as the author and/or title. Type in search terms, hit return or click on the magnifying class icon, and all records that include the search term(s) will appear. This index of the Piano Technicians Journal from 1979-present was under the aegis of the PTG Education Committee. A big thanks to project coordinator Jason Kanter and the many volunteers who contributed to the index. Find it at www.ptg.org/members/journal-search.
Get Information on Industry Resources?
Visit the Industry Directory. Once there, you can search by category or for a specific company. Listings include websites, contact information and phone numbers.
Find Information for Another PTG Member?
Log in using your user id and password. The Member Directory is located in the dropdown menu below PTG Members. You can search by name, location and chapter.

Attend NAMM 2026
NAMM and the PTG have again partnered to offer members a free registration to the January 22-24, 2026 NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA. Here’s how it works:
- You must be a PTG member.

You MUST send an e-mail to shawn@ptg.org with your complete name and e-mail address by December 15, 2025. Please include NAMM NAME BADGE REQUEST in the subject line.
- When registration opens, that e-mail address will be shared with NAMM. You will receive an e-mail from NAMM with further instructions on how to complete the registration process. Once complete, you will receive confirmation from NAMM that your badge awaits you.
If you make it to the show, please make sure and say hello at the PTG booth.
