Advice for Current Students:

You will be entering a career where a lot will be asked of you. You will give so much of yourself, to the point you feel as though there is nothing left to give. It is important that you prioritize what makes you happy, so you can have a long and fulfilling career. Also, remember to join nursing organizations early and network, network, network!

Inspirational Quote:

"Never stand up when you can sit down, and never sit down when you can lie down."

- Winston Churchill

I love this quote because as an Emergency Department nurse, I am constantly on the move. So when the opportunity arises where I can rest, I take full advantage because I don’t know how long it will last.
