Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences
All-School Chapel & Mt. Nebo Grandparents Day

Dear Parents,

We are quickly approaching the end of quarter 1 and want to look ahead to monitoring and ensuring academic progress and parent/student/teacher conferences.

ParentWeb provides immediate access to your child’s academic progress and is available to you daily. We encourage you to have regular discussions with your child about their classes and their progress in them. Faculty members are available to you daily through email. Additionally, parents can schedule a conference with a teacher any school day morning from 7:30 AM until 8:30 AM.

Conferences for high school students (grades 9-12) and parents during the designated conference days of October 30 (1:00 PM-8:30 PM) and October 31 (7:30 AM-3:00 PM) can be scheduled with an individual faculty member. Please contact Joyce Afflerbach at to schedule a conference with an individual faculty member.

Conferences for middle school students (grades 7 and 8) and parents during the designated conference days of October 30 (1:00 PM-8:30 PM) and October 31 (7:30 AM-3:00 PM) can be scheduled with either a group of teachers or with an individual faculty member. Please contact Joyce Afflerbach at to schedule a conference with a group of teachers or an individual faculty member.

We desire that students attend all conferences . This assists each student in taking individual responsibility and ownership of their academic progress. Please contact me if you have any questions.

God Bless,
Todd Aiken
