REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours and 30 minutes of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. Note: NAR Code of Ethics training cycles run on a triennial basis.

To comply with the terms of both the August 1 enactment of the New Jersey Consumer Protection Enhancement Act and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) anti-trust settlement, MJAR – through its legal counsel – has revised the MJAR Listing Agreement.
