Applications for the National Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Program are being accepted by Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA) for the remaining 2021 and 2022 funding.

Application materials and HTF Program funding status information are on the Housing Trust Fund page of the AHFA website.

Environmental Studies for HTF projects will be engaged by AHFA. HUD suggested formats for determining compliance with Environmental Provisions are available at www.AHFA.com.
