Preparing for life’s final chapter is an act of love and care. We have created an End-of-Life Planning Checklist and Form to help you gather important information all in one place—your wishes for your service, favorite scriptures or hymns, contact information, and practical details your loved ones may need.
Taking time to fill this out now can bring peace of mind and be a beautiful gift to those who will someday carry out your wishes. Copies are available in the sanctuary lobby or HERE.
We will hold one more columbarium informational meeting this Sunday, October 12, at 11:15 in Room 112. Learn more about this project HERE.
