A Clinic WinGreater Accessibility for Our Clients
New software and more outreach events mean more pets helped and more happy clients
Accessibility for our services is at the core of our vision and mission. We strive to break down barriers that might keep people from being able to use our services, and we work to accommodate the needs of our community while providing a high level of care and customer service.

We have had some major wins in our clinic recently that we couldn’t wait to share! Our first win is the switch to a new clinic software that is designed for shelter medicine. This software has many functions that make our jobs quicker and easier, enabling us to spend more time with your pets! In addition, our clients can now schedule appointments online!
If your pet is due for vaccines or if you need to set up a spay or neuter surgery, now is a great time to make an appointment through our website here. Online appointments mean our services are now accessible in a new and convenient way, and frees up our phone line, meaning reduced wait times for callers!

Our next win is that we have returned to Hank’s Pet Food Market for monthly vaccination clinics! We had to pause this service due to the pandemic, but we are happy to be back! These vaccine clinics enable us to connect with clients and pets in Loveland and help those that may not be able to make the trip up to our Mulberry campus for vaccines. Our next vaccine clinic is on Saturday, November 6th at Hank’s Pet Food Market in Loveland. If you'd like to attend the clinic, schedule an appointment here.

Our goal is to ensure basic preventative care and spay and neuter services are available to everyone in our community, and to keep families together even through tough times. We’re working towards this goal every single day, thanks to your continued support.
Spooky Vibes & Saving Lives:
Run Fur Fun is CREEPing Up on Us!

Our annual spooky 5k is October 30th! Eek! If you haven't registered already, never fear. Runners can still register for Run Fur Fun Spooktacular now and up until 9:30am the day of the race. If you would rather forgo the crowds and run solo, make sure to check out our virtual race options here!

As a reminder, this race begins and ends at New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins from 10 AM - 12 PM, and will feature fun fall festivities (who doesn't love a pet costume contest?!) as well as a free Snooze pancake and New Belgium beer for registrants.

Also, if you're someone who wouldn't want to run unless Jason himself was behind you with a machete, there are other ways to join in on the fun! We're still dying for volunteers to help register racers, hand out swag, cheer on the runners, and more! Check out what volunteer shifts still need to be filled and sign up here.
Show Off Your Alliance Support With a Yard Sign!

Yard signs are springing up everywhere this time of year, and we'd like to introduce you to our personal favoritethe Bringing Paws Together sign!

Show your support for our capital campaign, Bringing Paws Together, with a sign to display at your home. Signs are free, but campaign donations are appreciated. Bringing Paws Together will enable us to construct a new shelter and improve upon our existing Taft Hill shelter to unify our cat and dog adoptions. This new and improved shelter was designed with the animals in mind, as we are always striving to provide the highest standard of care possible.

We are taking pledges for Bringing Paws Together until 2022, so we would love if you would consider Bringing Paws Together in your year-end giving plans.

For the animals—a cause everyone can get behind! Learn more about Bringing Paws Together here.

Adoptable Animal Feature
Meet Atlas!

Atlas is a sweet young husky puppy who came to us from Texas where he had been hit by a car. He has had one surgery on his hips and will need another final corrective surgery in a few weeks, but during this time he is ready to go to a foster-to-adopt home while we continue his care. Atlas gets along great with other dogs and loves to play all day. Atlas is doing amazing with house and crate training and is learning to walk nicely on a leash. He is currently in a foster home but is ready to move to the home of someone who wants to adopt him!
You can also learn more or set up a meet-and-greet with Atlas by calling (970) 484-8516 or visiting our website. If you're not in a place to adopt a special guy like Atlas, you can also donate to support his care!
