HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH FECAL MICROBIOTA TRANSPLATION (FMT)?
ALICE BECK, A PHD DOCTORAL RESEARCH STUDENT AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BRISTOL, UK, DEPARTMENT OF GEOGRAPHICAL SCIENCES NEEDS OUR HELP!

Alice Beck, a PhD research student, is conducting research titled 'The Microbial Human: The identity politics of the human microbiome and Fecal Microbiota Transplantation' which aims to develop an understanding of the social, cultural, and political significance and implications of FMT.
If you:
  • have donated to a fecal bank, she is interested to know more about what might have influenced your decision to donate and your views on the medical practice.
  • have received material for treatment from the fecal bank, she is interested to know about your experiences using the treatment and how it has changed your day-to-day life.
  • are an employee or associate of a fecal bank, she is interested in hearing what your views are on the value of fecal matter as a medical resource and FMT as a medical practice.
