Fifth Acquisition For Technology Company, 

Black Line Consulting

(Naperville, IL- September 1 , 2017) Joe Utschig, Owner of Loop Networks Inc, and Jody Jankovsky, Managing Member and Founder of Black Line Consulting LLC, agreed to a merger of the two organizations effective immediately.
Loop Networks Inc. is an IT Services company located in Chicago, IL and Black Line Consulting LLC is an Information Technology (IT), Software Development, and Digital Marketing company headquartered in Naperville, IL.
"The great news with this merger is that we can do our jobs even better!  With the expanded service offerings and technical depth brought by Black Line, tremendous value will be added to our current and future clients ", said Mr. Utschig.

Chill Fest

The Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce is excited to bring back this pop up music festival for a fifth year. This annual event features over 60 musicians performing in storefronts like yours throughout WPB. This day of music intends to celebrate our neighborhood's creative roots while simultaneously driving traffic into your business!

We Provide: Event coordination, recruitment and selection of musicians, robust marketing campaign (print, radio, digital, television), social media calendar, promotional content, event signage, compensation for the talent and exposure for your business.

You Provide: Space inside your business for 3-4 acoustic performances on Saturday, November 25th between 2pm and 6pm; assistance promoting ChillFest; and business information, photos, and logo for marketing.

This workshop will provide information on who is qualified to be certified as a Minority or Women-Owned, or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. DPS is the certifying agency for the following certifications: Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE), Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), Business Enterprise for People with Disabilities (BEPD), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE). Learn out what documents are needed when submitting an application and how to avoid the most common mistakes in the certification process.
