Shout out to Sean Palladino for officially “adopting” a portion of the Feeder Canal Trail from Glen Street to Richardson Street.

A member of the Glens Falls Running Club, he has been organizing trash pick-ups along the trail for months!

Are YOU interested in joining the program? If so, please email Ardie: director@feedercanal.org

There are many portions of the Feeder Canal Trail that could use some love!

Intern Spotlight

Welcome, Jack Costantino! After doing such a fabulous job managing our summer programming, we’ve invited Jack to remain part of the team while he works on his Masters in Psychology at the University at Albany.

In the coming year, Jack is helping to organize a 5K RUN along the Feeder Canal Trail and is also managing content for The Current. Let us know if you have any stories along the canal you would like us to share.

Thank You!

We are grateful to Judith Sullivan, ERYT-500, Certified Yoga Therapist, for providing FREE yoga and meditation classes in September at Haviland Cove Park in Glens Falls.

FCA is seeking funding to continue the program in 2026. Our goal is to provide beneficial health & wellness experiences along the trail for ALL community members.

Our goal with The Current is to provide year-round information to Feeder Canal Alliance supporters and trail users. Please reach out to Ardie with any feedback or story ideas so we can continue to improve communications: director@feedercanal.org

See you out on the trail!
