The Phyllis Goldman Encouragement Award recognizes Cayuga County women entrepreneurs who have demonstrated noteworthy for-profit business and professional expertise.
The annual award, presented at a Chamber luncheon each fall, honors women who own their own successful businesses and who inspire and mentor other women and girls pursuing their career path.
