Safe, Supportive, and Empowering

Designing for Youth Facing Mental Health Crises at Hillside

Cancellation Policy

We would like to take a moment to outline our No-Show & Cancellation Policy for chapter dinners to ensure clarity and fairness for all attendees.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your attendance, we kindly ask that you do so by the Friday prior to the event.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after this date will be subject to a $60 fee, as

we have already accounted for and covered the cost of your attendance. Exceptions will

be made in cases of extenuating circumstances such as illness, severe weather, or

emergencies.

No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the event without prior notice (no-call, no-show),

we will issue an invoice for the $60 fee.

As a non-profit organization, last-minute cancellations and no-shows create financial

challenges that impact our ability to continue providing quality events. We appreciate

your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage these costs effectively.

Thank you for your support, and we look forward to seeing you at future events!
