OCTOBER
Hello Student Club/Org Leaders & Moderators!

It was so great to see all of you at the Activities Fair - we had an excellent turnout! I saw that many of you were able to get pages and pages of new members and had really fun give-aways and prizes to handout. Now that we are in full swing, it may be a good time to think about setting goals, brainstorming activities & events, and what you want your club to achieve this year.

Starting this semester, Student Clubs will have access to the SGA conference room (3rd floor of the Student Center, across the hall from the Student Activities Office) and will be able to book that for meeting space through Karen Thomas kthomas@loyola.edu. You can email her directly or visit her in person at the front desk.

If you haven't already attended the Club Funding & Planning Symposium in September, I encourage you to attend the upcoming workshop on October 17th -You can RSVP below! It will cover the different ways to fund your club, and some very important tips for planning events, reserving vehicles, creating websites, etc.

Molly Fredette will be hosting a Time Management workshop just for Student Club Members on Tuesday, October 24, from 3-4pm. (RSVP required!). Make sure you forward this on to your club members so they can RSVP as well.
