This is a social event and open house from 4:30PM to 6:30PM for the community and guests to meet, mingle, "wine down" and have a chance to see what life is like in Denver's Uptown neighborhood for older adults. RSVP so we can plan our refreshments but you are also welcome to drop in. Those who RSVP are entered into our drawings for local restaurant gift cards. The 7th annual Living in Balance event from 8AM to 2PM is a day of education and resources addressing all aspects of aging. The day will include breakfast with the Broomfield Chief of Police, various vendors and several workshops focusing on nutrition, physical wellness and much more. Jennifer Hoffman, Broomfield's newly appointed City and County Manager, will conclude the event as the keynote speaker. Participants will leave with tools and tricks to help them lead a more healthy, balanced and joyful life. Space is limited, reserve your spot by October 11th.
