Power Plate Themed Group Fit
THRIVE Format - Tues/Thurs 10:30am
This small group training program was developed specifically with the active-aging community in mind, focusing on balance, brain and bone health, enabling users to feel confident, stay active and improve their health.
BURN Format - Tues/Thurs 8:00am
A cardio HIIT class to incinerate fat and train the heart with an integrated option utilizing free weights and kettlebells.
STRONG Format - Mon/Wed/Fri 5:30pm & Tues/Thurs 6:30pm
A strength training workout to improve strength gains in a full body 30-minute workout. Dumbbells or kettle-bells provide the resistance in this functional and strength training workout.
X Format - Mon/Wed/Fri 6:30pm & Tues/Thurs 5:30pm
A boot-camp style, 30-minute class, utilizing a suspension system, and dumbbells or kettle-bells. It is an intense blend of strength, cardio and functional training for the fitness junkies that want a challenging workout.
ZEN Format - Mon/Wed/Fri 8:00am & 10:30am
A recovery based 30-minute Power Plate class that incorporates yoga, massage, Pilates, and traditional stretching.
