Welcome to our October update!
Wendy Gammons, MIIA Wellness/Health Promotion Manager

Everyone in New England knows how glorious October is. I love being outside in October, whether it is bike riding, leaf peeping, walking in nature or buying mums at my favorite garden stand. The weather is crisp and cool and the colors of the trees are amazing. I hope you enjoy October as much as I do!
