Welcome to the October 2020 edition of the Fire Replicas newsletter. As always, I hope this finds you healthy and doing well. It's hard to believe that we are already in the final quarter of 2020. I suppose we're all ready for this crazy year to come to a close.
Our factory production schedule is more predictable this year than in years past, as we settle into a solid team and more efficient processes. So we should continue to see on time shipments. However, logistics tends to be a different story as the nature of the times have caused many interruptions, especially in the ports and on the railways. We'll announce any delays if and when they happen, but thank you in advance for your patience.
The first such delay is the current inbound shipment containing D.C. Tower 3 and NYPD HazMat ESS 14. Originally we planned to receive the shipment early next week, but it seems it may slip into the following week due to "chassis shortage" at the railway.
This month's new releases include a the final 3 FDNY Seagrave Squads for 8, 18 and 288, Massport Fire-Rescue Truck 1 and new FDNY Ferrara Rearmounts for Ladder 3, 8, 28, 32 156 and 165. We trust that you will find something that will be a valued addition to your collection.
