COVID-19 Regulations for Businesses in Constant Flux
Last month, Mayor de Blasio announced that outdoor dining would become a permanent fixture in the city. Two weeks ago regulations for limited indoor dining took affect. Due to the uptick in infection rates this week, new varying restrictions for small businesses are being implemented in COVID Zones.

Century 21 Bankruptcy - The End of an Era?
86th Street's retail giant is liquidating its entire stock. If you are a minority-owned business, you may be eligible to apply for direct grants of up to $10k from the LISC NYC Small Business Recovery Fund. Round 2 applications open October 19th - November 6th. Click here for more info.
In response to the COVD-19 crisis, NYCxDESIGN has launched a program to connect pro bono designers and architects with restaurants to help provide design technical assistance. The directory encourages designers to self-connect with restaurants by browsing profiles listed on the site. For additional information review detailed guidelines. Restaurants can add themselves to the website to access assistance here.
Applications for NYFLF are still open. This fund target's the State's small businesses with 20 or fewer employees, nonprofits and small landlords that have seen a loss of rental income. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis as regions and industries reopen. Learn more here.
