This month, we horsed around with HorseAbility, which brought smiles to our families' faces. Did you see our new Giannola Family Lounge? It's a serene and welcoming space for families to enjoy. We hope everyone has a safe and Happy Halloween and we will see you at one of our upcoming events!

Friends and family celebrated the grand opening of our newly renovated third floor lounge at the Ronald McDonald House in New Hyde Park with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on October 1st.

Three generations of Giannola family members – more than 40 people in all – gathered for the celebration. The redesigned lounge serves as one of several inviting common areas within the 42-bedroom House, where families can rest, work remotely, play video games, or simply unwind after long days spent at nearby Cohen Children’s Medical Center.

Won't you be my neigh-bor? Thank you to HorseAbility in Old Westbury for bringing their miniature horses down to Ronald McDonald House. Our families had such a wonderful time!

Anthony's Red Shoe FUNd Run at Stony Brook

The second annual Anthony’s Red Shoe FUNd Run took place at Stony Brook University. Thank you Lisa Muratori, PT, EdD, professor at the School of Health Professions at Stony Brook University, for organizing this special event in memory of her late nephew, Anthony Petrocelli.
