Come explore the new SFMOMA, it is now bigger and better than ever! The new San Francisco Museum of Modern Art features an equally transformed digital program which now connects with audiences through accessible, interactive experiences that break down the boundaries between art, entertainment, and learning. Cost of the trip is per person and includes transportation, admission fees, and guided tour. Lunch will be on your own at a local restaurant.
Camron-Stanford House, Oakland Thursday December 1st, from 10:15am-2:00pm $55 (res)/$63 (non) Barcode: 21733 The Camron-Stanford House is the last of the beautiful 19th century mansions that once surrounded Lake Merritt. In its long life, the house was the private residence of five families instrumental in the development of the City of Oakland and the State of California. In the early 20th century it became the first museum in the City of Oakland. On your guided tour, you will be able to walk through authentic rooms that have been meticulously recreated using descriptions found in personal letters, newspaper accounts, vintage photographs and other architectural research. After the tour, Victorian Christmas which will include holiday decorations, a light lunch will be served.
