August 28 in São Paulo, Brazil - IWIRC Brazil Seminar - Sequor Law Partner Nyana Abreu Miller participated as a panelist at the IWIRC Brazil – São Paulo Conference, joining professionals to discuss “Cooperação sem Fronteiras: Diálogo Judicial e Direito Comparado em Insolvências Concorrentes.” The panel explored international cooperation, comparative law, and cross-border insolvency proceedings, highlighting the importance of collaboration in global restructuring matters.

August 27- September 2 in Marco Island, FL - Florida Bar Business Law Section Labor Day Retreat - Attorney Daniel Halperin attended the Florida Bar Business Law Section Annual Labor Day Retreat over Labor Day weekend 2025, taking part in committee meetings and CLE programming focused on developments across Florida business law, commercial litigation, and insolvency. The retreat brought together practitioners and judges for education and collaboration on upcoming Section initiatives.
