WHAT'S NEW?
Disability Awareness
In October, we are highlighting Disability Awareness. We are happy to introduce you to Ms. Wheelchair California, Angela Piazza! Angela is a Redwood City citizen and as Ms. Wheelchair California 2019, she is dedicated to improving the lives of people with disabilities. If you have a little one, come meet Angela and her support dog Plum at our October 16 Little Learners.

In addition, we've developed reading lists that shed light on those that are differently abled.
Alebrijes Short Story Contest
In collaboration with Casa Circulo Cultural, we are celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with a Short Story Contest for children: The Dream. Children ages 6 to 14 are encouraged to create a short story. To learn more and to enter by October 21, go here
